Custom Orders and Pricing
Pricing a custom stained glass panel is determined by three main factors: size, glass type, and complexity. The size of the panel sets the base price while the glass types and complexity determine the rest. Knowing this information will help us in determining the cost of your custom piece of stained glass.

A short overview of the process:
We'll work together remotely to create the perfect custom order for you! During the planning phase, we'll discuss what you're looking for and develop a plan. Once finalized, we'll start on producing your order and will keep you updated throughout the entire process!
Custom Order Process:
1. The Planning Phase:
At this stage, we'll work together to turn your idea into a tangible pattern. We can discuss over the phone, email, video chat, or in person and collaborate on the look and feel of the project. This initial consulting is free, so don't hesitate to reach out. Throughout the process, rest assured that your idea will develop into a beautiful visual product.
2. Design Phase:
A $50.00 design fee must be paid upfront before we begin creating your custom design. We send you an invoice after which we start working. This fee will be deducted from the total amount when the order is finished. If the customer cancels the order during the design phase, this fee is non-refundable. After the pattern is complete, we will send it to you for approval. If we need to make changes to the pattern during this phase, not a problem! We will work with you until you are satisfied with your design. After the design is approved, we move to selecting your glass color and type. To better understand the glass types, click HERE. The selection of glass color and type(s) is needed for your pattern and will assist us in knowing how much we will need in materials. Once you select your glass, we will then be able to provide you with a quote based on the size and complexity of the piece requested.
3. Fabrication Phase:
The $50.00 Design Fee is deducted from the overall quote, leaving an adjusted balance. In the fabrication phase, we require a 30% fabrication deposit on the adjusted balance which will then authorize us to begin working on your project. This where we get to crafting your custom project therefore, moving into this phase, you will have already received an invoice which will include a brief description of your project type, size, and quotes.
As stated in our Return Policy regarding Return Deposit on Custom Orders: "Excluding the Design Fee which at this point has already been paid and is non-refundable, we return deposits on custom orders provided we have not begun crafting your glass art. Crafting your art begins when your pattern design is cut, overlayed onto your first piece of glass, and the scoring / cutting process has begun". During the fabrication phase, please feel free to check in with us from time for updates. We will send pictures of the progress of your custom piece.

4. Completion Phase:
In this phase, we will notify you that your custom piece is complete and prepare your project for either shipping or delivery. A final invoice will be sent to you for remaining balance. Once received, your custom piece is either delivered or shipped to you.
